We only choose industry leading manufacturers to make our window and door systems. Each of our product pages on our website has its own dedicated manufacturer who leads in their field.

Yes we can provide windows and door to period properties including Grade I and II listed buildings along with conservation areas. Depending on what the local officer requires, we will have a window system that will fit your needs. 
 
We do not specialise and any certain styles, but we have hand picked our manufacturers to offer the best window in each material. 
 
You will receive a personalised, friendly and polite service, following our 6 step process that can be read in more depth here 
 
We have various material options available to suit individual needs. We will offer a recommendation for what we believe will suit your property and budget, but ultimately let you the customer decide without any pressure or influence to spend more than you want to. 
 
We have fully qualified window installers and specialised timber window fitters with high level qualifications in carpentry and joinery. We also use a qualified window surveyor to come out to site to make sure the right specification has been met. 
 
Yes, both Glazing Solutions and our fitting teams are all covered by public liability insurance. We also offer and Insurance Backed Guarantee (IBG) with all our residential projects. 
 
Yes, all of our quotes will have labour, materials and VAT included. There will never be any hidden costs or unexpected additional charges. 
 
Before any order is placed, we will agree an estimated start and finish date on each project based on the manufacturers current lead time. If for any reason the product is delayed, we will inform you as soon as we find out and arrange an alternative date to start the install. 
 
We aim to cause as little disruption as possible and will notify you of what is being done and what to expect. There will never be any mess left after an install as all fitters clean up prior to leaving. 
 
Yes, we do require a deposit for all residential projects. The deposit will be protected by an Insurance Backed Guarantee (IBG). 
 
All of the manufacturers that we use will come with a 10-year warranty / guarantee. You will get a certificate to verify this for future reference. 
 
Any faults that occur after we have left will be assessed free of charge. In the unlikely event of an installation issue, we will send someone to your property to rectify the issue at the earliest opportunity. If it is a product issue, we will organise for a representative of the manufacturer to come to your property for further evaluation. 
 
You will have a personal project manager throughout each step until the project is finished. We have a dedicated aftersales department for post install questions. We will contact you after the project has been completed to make sure you are happy with the works completed and to obtain some feedback.
