Jonathan Last - Managing Director
Jonathan started Glazing Solutions Ltd back in June 2020. He has been in the glazing industry since he left school at 17 and never looked back !
He enjoys a round of golf in his spare time and loves spending time with his daughter Amelie and wife Victroria.
Sarah Lilley - Accounts
Sarah joined Glazing Solutions Ltd in June 2022 and runs a tight ship in the accounts dept!
Sarah enjoys long walks, cruising and pilates!
Tracy Garwood - Office Manager
Tracy joined Glazing Solutions Ltd in February 2022 and has been in the glazing industry since 2015.
Tracy likes creative writing, hiking, kayaking, going to the gym and anything outdoorsey !

When he's not fitting windows he enjoys both playing and watching football, holidays in the sun to top up his tan and has some amazing tattoos!

HOW IT WORKS
A SEAMLESS 6 STEP PROCESS FROM DESIGN TO INSTALLATION
STEP 1
HOME VISIT
We will start your home improvement journey with a visit to your home to discuss your requirements and expectations. This will include an initial survey, taking relevant measurements and discussing your ideas and visions. We use the latest interactive software enabling you to see your designs in VR to help visualise the finished installation.
STEP 2
QUOTATION
We will provide you with a full written no obligation quotation. The quote will be valid for 90 days. We welcome any feedback, questions or alterations.
STEP 3
SURVEY
Once you are happy with the quotation we supply you, the next step will be to have a full survey on the project conducted by one of our fully trained surveyors.
STEP 4
ORDERING
When you are ready to order your product, we will go through a rigorous internal signing off stage to make sure every angle is covered and you are 100% happy with the final design. At this stage a deposit will be taken to confirm your order.
STEP 5
INSTALLATION
Depending on the manufacturers lead time, we would expect installation to begin between 4-9 weeks from order date. Our installations are ONLY carried out by skilled craftsmen who are trained to the highest possible standards and regularly monitored in line with our certification. A further payment is required prior to installation with the remaining balance due on completion.
STEP 6
AFTERSALES
With our dedicated aftercare team, you can have complete peace of mind knowing we are only a phone call away. We offer a comprehensive aftersales service for ALL of our customers and pride ourselves in long lasting customer relationships.

FENSA Registered Company
We have invested in our FENSA certification to furthermore put your mind at ease when choosing Glazing Solutions Ltd to supply and install your new Windows and Doors.
When it comes to improving your home, we recognise and understand it can be a daunting task to find a company that you can trust. Choosing Glazing Solutions Ltd as an FENSA certified installer to complete the work means you can be rest assured that the installation complies with all relevant regulations whilst meeting the high standards you expect. Upon completion you will be provided with a unique certificate for your installation which should arrive within 28 days and also proves that the work is registered with your Local Authority. All installers and surveyors registered with FENSA will be provided with branded ID cards so you know exactly who they are and that they have the appropriate Minimal Technical Competences (MTC’s) to complete the work on your home.
Insurance Backed Guarantee
We include an insurance backed guarantee (IBG) purchased by us as standard with all of our supply & install orders in line with our FENSA certification. We want you to feel completely confident you have purchased the highest quality of product that will be long lasting.
